News: AUKUH response to the Review of the CEA Award Scheme

AUKUH supports the retention of a scheme that provides financial reward for sustained excellence amongst employees who are essential to the delivery and development of clinical excellence. However,  AUKUH members also believe the time has come for a comprehensive review of pay systems, challenging though this might be.

 
AUKUH also welcomes the development of levers that could be used to affect clinical behaviour.
